Home/Capabilities

Four capabilities. One quality system.

From first article through volume production — machining, reconstruction, assembly, and aerospace hardware, all under AS9100D.

/ 01 — CNC Machining

Turned and milled to the half-thousandth.

Multi-axis turning centers and VMCs holding ±0.0005″ (±0.010 mm) on production quantities. GD&T to your print, verified on a Zeiss CMM, documented in every shipment.

Bushings, shafts, housings, flanges, valve bodies, structural components — from 5-piece prototype lots to 5,000-piece production, in 2–4 weeks.

Physical part in. Production drawing out.

When drawings don't exist — obsolete military hardware, legacy machinery, out-of-production spares — we measure the part, rebuild the print, and take it back into production. CMM and 3D scanning capture internal bores, threads, and hydraulic passages.

For new products, we engage from DFM review through prototype and ramp — flagging cost and risk before the first PO.

/ 03 — Flow Control Assemblies

Machined. Assembled. Pressure-tested.

Precision components integrated into complete, documented sub-assemblies — manifolds, valve blocks, actuator assemblies. Every unit is cleaned, assembled to written work instructions, and tested before it ships.

Single-source means the machined parts and the assembly live under the same AS9100D system — one PO, one point of accountability.

In development: electromechanical flow-control valves for fuel lines and pressure-sensitive line components.

/ 04 — Aerospace Components

Standard parts, decoded from the standard.

Inserts, MIL-STD fasteners, bushings, and other standard hardware for the aerospace supply chain — manufactured, inspected, and documented under AS9100D. Low-volume MRO and out-of-production replacement parts supported.

Our edge is decoding standards: give us the MS, NAS, AN, or MIL-STD callout and we take it from specification to qualified, traceable part.

FAQ

The questions procurement asks.

What tolerances can you hold? +
±0.001″ (±0.025 mm) standard. Down to ±0.0005″ on specific features, depending on material, geometry, and feature size. Critical-tolerance parts are quoted case-by-case and always ship with a Zeiss CMM report confirming key characteristics.
What if I only have a physical part — no drawing? +
That's the standard starting point for reverse engineering. We measure the part with CMM and 3D scanning — including internal bores, threads, and passages — rebuild the production drawing, and qualify it with a 5–20 piece lot.
What's your minimum order quantity? +
No hard minimum. We run 5–25 piece prototype lots and 500–5,000+ piece production. First articles can be as small as 1–3 pieces ahead of a production PO. Volume price breaks are noted in every quote.
What testing is available for assemblies? +
Hydrostatic pressure testing and pneumatic leak testing to your specification, performed in a dedicated assembly area with documented cleanliness protocol. Test results are included in the shipment documentation.
What traceability documentation ships with parts? +
Every shipment: a Certificate of Conformance and CMM dimensional report. On file and available: material certs traceable to heat and lot. On request: FAI to AS9102 and full PPAP packages.
Can you sign an NDA before we send drawings? +
Yes — we execute mutual NDAs routinely, before any files are shared. Drawings are never reviewed without your explicit approval.
