From first article through volume production — machining, reconstruction, assembly, and aerospace hardware, all under AS9100D.
Multi-axis turning centers and VMCs holding ±0.0005″ (±0.010 mm) on production quantities. GD&T to your print, verified on a Zeiss CMM, documented in every shipment.
Bushings, shafts, housings, flanges, valve bodies, structural components — from 5-piece prototype lots to 5,000-piece production, in 2–4 weeks.
| Tolerance | ±0.001″ standard · ±0.0005″ on critical features |
| Materials | Al 2024 / 6061 / 7075 · SS 303 / 304 / 316 / 17-4 PH · Ti-6Al-4V · Inconel 718 / 625 · brass · Delrin · PEEK |
| Quantities | 5 – 5,000+ pieces · no hard minimum |
| Lead time | 2 – 4 weeks standard production |
| Verification | Zeiss CMM report with every lot |

When drawings don't exist — obsolete military hardware, legacy machinery, out-of-production spares — we measure the part, rebuild the print, and take it back into production. CMM and 3D scanning capture internal bores, threads, and hydraulic passages.
For new products, we engage from DFM review through prototype and ramp — flagging cost and risk before the first PO.
| You provide | The physical part — nothing else needed |
| You get | Production drawing, CAD model, qualified parts |
| Measurement | CMM + 3D scanning, sectioning where required |
| Qualification | 5–20 pc lot · FAI to AS9102 |
| Typical work | GSE spares · obsolete hydraulic valves · legacy industrial |
Precision components integrated into complete, documented sub-assemblies — manifolds, valve blocks, actuator assemblies. Every unit is cleaned, assembled to written work instructions, and tested before it ships.
Single-source means the machined parts and the assembly live under the same AS9100D system — one PO, one point of accountability.
In development: electromechanical flow-control valves for fuel lines and pressure-sensitive line components.
| Assembly types | Manifolds · valve blocks · mechanical sub-assemblies |
| Testing | Hydrostatic pressure · pneumatic leak, to your spec |
| Hardware | Fasteners, bearings, seals, O-rings — sourced with traceability |
| Cleanliness | Dedicated assembly area with cleanliness protocol |

Inserts, MIL-STD fasteners, bushings, and other standard hardware for the aerospace supply chain — manufactured, inspected, and documented under AS9100D. Low-volume MRO and out-of-production replacement parts supported.
Our edge is decoding standards: give us the MS, NAS, AN, or MIL-STD callout and we take it from specification to qualified, traceable part.
| Standards | MIL-STD · MS · NAS · AN — decoded to production drawings |
| Alloys | Inconel 718 · Ti-6Al-4V · 17-4 PH · aerospace aluminum |
| Documentation | FAI to AS9102 · PPAP · COC · CMM report |
| Traceability | Heat & lot on every piece of material |
| MRO | Low-volume replacement parts for out-of-production systems |
